Joshua Wasielczyk

Joshua is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tucson Permanent Lighting, he brings a disciplined operations mindset, hands-on leadership, and a deep commitment to building high-trust service businesses. An Air Force veteran, his leadership style is rooted in accountability, precision, and mission-first execution—values that shape how the company operates every day.

With a strong focus on quality, repeatable systems, and an exceptional customer experience, he oversees the company’s vision while ensuring every installation reflects professionalism, reliability, and long-term value for Tucson homeowners.

As the Master Electrician at Tucson Permanent Lighting, Conrad “Stoney” Stonebanks brings over 15 years of professional electrical experience to every project. He oversees all installations with a sharp focus on safety, code compliance, and long-term system reliability.

Known for his attention to detail and craftsmanship, Stoney serves as the final layer of quality control—ensuring every lighting system is installed correctly, performs as designed, and meets the highest professional standards before it’s signed off.
