The lights are rated for roughly 50,000 hours of use on the brightest setting, bright white. However, most people use other colors, such as red, green, blue, etc, which should last much longer than 50,000 hours. Lights are usually used for around 5 hours a night and at that rate they should last around 25-30 years.

There is a 5 year warranty for the parts and a 1 year warranty on the labor.

Tucson Permanent Lighting has three different profiles of track we use for different structures we are installing on! We custom color match every single home where the lights are going, so it looks as if the product was built with the home.

Each light outputs 72 lumens.

Each bulb has 3 LEDs with 4 color diodes in each. The diodes are red, green, blue and white.

They typically sit inside of your garage and we take great care to make sure they are as seamless and least intrusive as possible. If you want them located in a different location we can definitely accommodate that. Our control unit is UO Rated and waterproof. The control box can be installed anywhere there is a strong wifi connection and is optimal for wiring of the system.

Yes, every component in our system is UL rated. It has had extensive testing done by outside companies to make sure it is safe to be installed on any home in the USA.

Install time deepends on the size of the job, but the average install takes 8-10 hours by our licensed and trained installation team.

Yes, you can have up to 4 controllers on 1 account, so you can link up to 4 systems together!

It has very minimal effect on your energy bill. Each light consumes 0.96W and the average system has 300 lights. The whole system will draw about the same energy as 5 light bulbs, making it extremely energy efficient.

We currently have 256 default presets, but you can add as many custom presets as you like.

Yes, our scheduling feature in the app allows recurring schedules, sunrise/sunset timers. and scheduling in advance features, You do not have to manually turn on/off your lights every time you use them.
